Website accessibility
The AccessLab website has been developed with the intention of providing universal access to everyone who consults it regardless of their physical, sensory or cognitive capacities and the technical circumstances in which they use it (type of device, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc.).
To this end, efforts are being made to adapt the entire website to meet the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in order to eliminate the barriers that hinder access to information and communication. These recommendations are detailed in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) and form the basis of the UNE 139803:2012 standard, which updates and replaces the previous standard of 2004, based on the WCAG 1.0.
AccessLab is committed to attaining level AA conformance, as required by European, Spanish (Royal Decree 1494/2007, of 12 November 2007) and Catalan (Law 13/2014, of 30 October 2014, on accessibility) legislation.
